Well there's no big surprises here I'm afraid... no deep allegory or meaningful agenda. This is exactly what you see - a green blobby twat who is sicking up coins. His eyes are lazy and he looks ill and tired. The coins have caused his innards to perish somewhat and now he's rejected them, spewing 6 of the little nuggets into space.
