2004 TEH YEAR IN MOTION

Approximately 4 weeks in the making, video clips taken from over 25 hours worth of footage, 20 individual music tracks professionally mixed, 10 minutes of relentless supersonic movement, multiple cameras on multiple cars, 18 guest drivers amidst a myriad of other cars and racing circuits from Holland, Belgium, France and the UK ...... 2004YIM goes way way beyond any other remix compilation movies i've done so far; even the music alone took me 7 days or so to mix, more than the total time taken for 2002 or my NSX movie.

its 160mb but well well worth it according to my test beta team.....i wasn't going to spend 4 weeks on something only to publish a 80x60 10fps 2mb realpalyer clip !

Emerald end of year visit

Dyno visit kindly arranged at Dave Walkers by AMMO of Raceco. The Duranail was chucking out huge amounts of black smoke at the top end and peoples eyes were stinging bad !

Power was down... the emerald rollers (known for their more realistic figures) showed 213.9bhp at 7250rpm and 158lb

The figures are of course pretty meaningless... the car is fast enough for the job at hand but still I'm really pleased that I went as an over rich map can be a bad thing. I'll get it looked at asap and the guys think that at least an 8-10bhp increase is on the cards. This would bring it bang in line with the power I would have expected from the car.

here is the graph, note though that the rev limit is worng.. it should read 7250rpm.
